Simulink Real-Time (SLRT) BIOS settings: where to "Disable Plug-and-Play (PnP)" and "Disable PCI class 0xff board detection"

Hi all,
I'm new to Simulink Real-Time and have already encountered several problems in trying to boot a target machine. My guess was it had something to do with BIOS settings so I checked up the BIOS requirements in http://www.mathworks.com/help/xpc/gs/target-computer-hardware.html#bu2qpop-1
In three candidate desktops (Dell BIOS version A12 and A16, HP), I could not find "PnP OS" and anything similar to "PCI class 0xff board detection", should I be concerned?
