Move in excel cell to cell

Hi,

I'm programming with ACTXSERVER. Is there any function to move cell to cell in Excel?

for example. the program randomly selects a cell. ('F25')

I would like to commute one cell to the right ('G25') and give it a value = 34

and then commute one cell up ('G24') and give it another value = 21

there any function to do that?
