How do I generate a "Simulation Configuration Report" in R2012B?

We are being asked by one of our suppliers/partners to supply them with a 'Simulation Configuration Report' for a Powerplant model. This sounds like some sort of file generated from Simulink which includes all of the details in the Simulation Configuration tabs. However, in R2012B MATLAB I can't find any sort of simple command or menu option to do this.
So, two basic questions: 1. How do I do this in R2012B? 2. Is it a built-in menu/command option in this version, or is this some advanced feature in a later version like R2015A?
