Region and Image properties - Delete a row to exclude corrresponding image region in Image Region Analyzer app

Hi, I am currently using 'Image Region Analyzer' app to find the size distribution and mixing indices of microstructural images. I would like to remove or delete a row for excluding corresponding image region. For example, we have a screenshot from Image Region Analyzer app showing the row and corresponding image region to be excluded for further analysis. It would be great if anyone could assist me. Thanks a lot!
