delete element from vector

Hello,
Thanks for helping. I have this vector here which is very large(ie 1*400000), and I would like to only keep n+5th column in the vector (ie I'd like to keep column 1,6,11,16 ect). How would I do that?

This is a very basic MATLAB concept that is taught in the introductory tutorials:

Anyone who do not know what indexing is and how to use it should do those tutorials if they want to use MATLAB.
