How do I Determine Shock Response Spectra?

8 次查看(过去 30 天)
I have data from several accelerometers on a missile. I need to determine the shock response spectra and can't find an adequate function in the Matlab library. Can someone point me down the right path?

I would say that Alex is looking for something else...
In my experience, the derivative of acceleration is called "jerk". SRS is the maximum {displacement, velocity, acceleration} of a single DOF oscillator at specific frequencies given a certain input time history. I have some code, but have to do some digging... in the meantime here is a good reference if you want to "roll your own" from scratch

All,
Shock response refers to environmental testing where the system received a defined input pulse. The pulse is normally a half-sine acceleration with a defined maximum amplitude and duration. The response spectra shows the accelerations, velocities, and displacements of the unit under test.
I found that there is a cottage industry that analyzes the data and sends the results to you, usually in graphic form. I never did get a formula set other than someone sending me the kinematic equations, which ignores all the coupling to the other axes.
