how to get the complete pixel value of an image

i have an image and i need to know the complete pixel value of the image in the perfect order i.e, same as that of image resolution. i'm familiar in using matlab software for signal processing but for image processing i'm a learner please do suggest the entire program and what are the important keywords in image processing how to use them

go to workspace ,click the variable of the input

imread() the image file. The result will be a matrix with the information.

I=imread('cameraman.tif');
I1=I(1);% will give you value of first Pixel
% Smilarly you can get information of Remaining Pixels, or you can click on work space and click on the I varirable gives you all matrix
Whos I1
%will give you information about the image you are working on , hope it helps
