xPC CAN receive (softing CAN-AC2-PCI) will only allow one index for receive

Can anyone tell me if I am using the block incorrectly. I am using the CAN-AC2-PCI (softing) receive block with the xPC Target package. I would like to receive a range of CAN ids. When I use the block, I put the value [1:5] for the Identifier field in the mask. It will run (simulate) on my host, but when I try to build it, I get an error for each index beyond the first one (i.e. 4 error for the range above) that is in the canac2objreceive.tlc file that claims the index is out of the range 0-0. This makes no sense to me. Maybe I am inputting the value incorrectly. Can anyone tell me if the format [x:y] where x is the lower range and y the upper is correct. Thanks.
