How do I plot data from 2 files in to the same graph I have two files; program1_1 program2_2

the files are almost identical but with a few different values for different variables.

It doesn't matter what files the data is in. You need to load the data and run the associated plotting commands.

A = readtable('file1.csv');
B = readtable('file2.csv');
plot(A.var1, B.var2);
