How can I solve the degenerated mass problem in follower side

Hi I am using four bar linkage mechanism to lift a load. The problem with my sistem is it is not in same plane. so, I have given a ball joint in cad model, in simmechanics it is showing as spherical joint. So at the time of actuation with simhydraulics the degenerated mass on follower side is showing by simulink. Because when I am applying certain pressure or force there may slippage due to which my simulation is not working. Please help. Thanking you in advance

Is this actually a different problem than http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/302613-what-are-the-another-option-to-replace-spherical-joint ? If not then you should edit the additional information into that question and close this one.
