how to recognize 10 different colors

I need recognize 10 different colors of transistor. It has 10 colors: Black, Brown, Red, Orange,Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Grey, White. I don't know how I recognize 10 colors. I compare value R, G,B for recognize but It's not optimal. Everybody help me! Thanks!
