THANKS FOR YOUR TIME FIRST. PLS HELP ME OUT I HAVE BEEN STUCK HERE FOR A LONG TIME

Here is a function that i wrote to detect peaks named (filterbeeps) In the mainfile what i want is to get the value of c.

If it (c<9) happens then i want to make third argument of (filterbeeps.m) (n-s) where s is the for loop variable.so that i can get c >9............... if that does not happen i want to increase the value of s and then check again

Else if (c>13) happens then i want to make third argument of (filterbeeps.m) (n+s) where s is the for loop variable.so that i can get c < 13.............. if that does not happen i want to increase the value of s and then check again

So basically i want c to be within 9 to 13

Just note that the average value of x i get from arduino is around the range (1.5-2.3)

Where is that function that you wrote? You forgot to put it into the body of your post or attach it with the paper clip icon. Please edit your post to include the code that you wrote and explain what is wrong with it such that normal debugging is unable to fix it.
