This is very hard i think as each object or label in your image can be given a label but cannot cut them by lines because of dimensional restrictions of each label

It might help u in some ways : 1).Change your writing style to match the templates
2). Then check line #41,42 in main file OCR.m, it gives image of and maybe
put break points there to see the individual line image and save it line by
line or write to .txt file as he did..
