what is advantage of Mux over Bus in Simulink?

why to use Mux when Bus is providing all the advantages (e.g element reordering etc.).And also Mux is generated in the form of structure in the generated autocode

In general a Mux is easier to setup/use compared to a bus. However, which one you should use really depends on what your use case is. Take a look a this answer which compares Mux and bus. Note that the doc links in that answer refer to release R2012b but the concepts explained there should still hold.
