Is there an equivalent command to "Unit delay" box of simulink in Matlab ?

I need to use the same function of a unit delay box in matlab to prepare a discrete system.

You can take a look at the Control System Toolbox linked below which lets you specify a delay on your system. http://www.mathworks.com/help/control/models-with-time-delays.html;jsessionid=86b2c0886c14169cea5baa518daa?searchHighlight=delay
Alternatively, if you know the equations to the system, you could also use the Symbolic Math toolbox. For more information on this, you can check the documentation linked below:
