I have an equation of the form x=c.tanh(a.x), where a and c are constants. I may ask for your kind suggestions to find the solution of equation.

c=...;
f=@(x)(x-c*tanh(a*x));
sol=fzero(f,1);
sol
By the way: x=0 is a solution.

Thank you for your quick response!
I achieve the roots of equation near to what I expect. Here, I presented very simple form of equation, the actual equation is rather quite complex.
