I have data for two variables that I am suppose to use for x and y. I am required to plot both and extrapolate the graph since it is not completely linear. How can I extrapolate or use best fitting line to determine where the data crosses the y axis?

I need to extrapolate a line where a specific value/approximation crosses the y-axis before it takes the dip close to the end. Any help on what would provide the best precision?
