Is there any tool in MATLAB to convert higher order Transfer function to first order plus dead time model transfer function?

Basically I am looking for tool or any code to approximate (User given) higher order transfer function to First Order Plus Dead Time model. >>implementation of skogestad method >>implementation of taylor series. I am looking for result like when user enters transfer function my code will convert that transfer function into First Order Plus Dead Time(FOPDT) Is it possible??
