image and GUI axis

Hi!
I wrote a code to insert images in axis:
function start2_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
axes(handles.axes2);
imgS = imread('image\electronique.png');
image(imgS);
I get this image
I would like to know how can I show my picture without the axes appearing?
