load 100.dat;
edit 100.dat
dat file is for ecg signal you can download https://www.physionet.org/physiobank/database/mitdb/

http://physionet.org/physiotools/matlab/wfdb-app-matlab/ in this link there are many 'wfdb app toolbox' . which one is usefull for sleep apnea signal extraction how do we know

Those are not different toolboxes: those are different version numbers. You would normally take the newest version unless you had particular reason to use an earlier one (for example needing to exactly reproduce a published work.)
