Please back up your path then try the approach given in the Accepted answer here. [That page lists how to back up your path.] If that process works I'd be curious what the process of resetting your path REMOVED from your path (to try to identify what caused this behavior.) Was there a particular third-party product that was on your path when the Variable window displayed in that format but was not on the path after it regained its normal behavior?
