help in PSO for getting best variable to train ANN

hello every i stuck in a probelm please help. like i have calculated the MFCC for 5 (13*64 is the size of MFFC for each signal) different signal and stored them in a cell now i want to convert each MFFC in a vector so that i can train them in ANN.for converting i want to use PSO as it will give the best optimization of my data. but i dont have any knowledge regarding PSO . SO can you guys please suggest me something from where i can start .
