I have double (i,j,n): A(1:50,1:50,1:250) in other words 2-dimensional vector (i,j) that changes n times. How can I get from this a new (1-dimensional vector B(:)) vector B(25,25,1:250) that will give me 250 times of data in point (25,25)??

Do you just mean?
B = squeeze(A(25,25,:));
