building a python package

I was following the tutorial for building a python package using matlab sdk compiler.However when I ran python setup.py install I got the following error: "removing build.lib and everything under it. 'build\bdist.win-amd64' does not exist can't clean it 'build\scripts-3.6' does not exist --can't clean it removing build.
