displaying edited image in gui

i have created gui(two pushbuttons) and have displayed image in gui(with 1st pushbutton),and next i have segmented the image,now i want to display the segmented image in that gui,please help
function pushbutton2_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
if (handles.fileLoaded==1)
% Gray = rgb2gray(handles.RGB);
rsa=(handles.rsa)
I=rsa
m = zeros(size(I,1),size(I,2))
m(20:120,20:120)= 1;
seg = chenvese(I,'large',400,0.02,'chan'); % ability on gray image
mseg=seg;
imshow(mseg)
end
i tried the code above,but it is not displaying in gui,please help
