You have obvious high frequency noise. Take the fft (link) of your signal to find the noise frequencies in your signal spectrum, then use the designfilt function to design your filter to eliminate the noise. A simple Butterworth lowpass design should work well. Use the filtfilt function to do the actual filtering.

I have a signal that is obtained which is shown in the figure below
I have received suggestions in using a moving average filter but I am unsure how do I implement it within the range where the noise is present within the signal.
I was wondering are there any suggestions or possible solutions for this scenario?
