Can I reinstall matlab If I need to reinstall my PC to factory settings?

Hello, I got a student license a few months ago and I installed it on a new computer but it had some problems so I had to take it to the technician, they had to change the board and they adviced me to restore my computer so it would end up with factory settings but this means I would need to reinstall Matlab and I really need to know what to do in order to keep my license... thank you very much, my computer is running pretty slow so I really really need to restore it ;( please help!! Thanks!
