Get Data using Serial Communication and Plot on GUI Matlab

I am trying to get data serially and plot it on GUI in matlab. i done serial communication PIC18f452 to PC but i can't make a GUI for plotting.second is that i have problem in receiving data from serial port i want to receive data which constantly comes through serial port(PIC18f452). so Please help me...(This is urgent..)
