Simulink does nothing on analog_in/digital_in model of siulink

Salam, I am having Arduino UNO and desire to get an analog input on Simlink. Digital and Analog outputs work fine but I am having difficulty in getting output on arduino through matlab on analog and digital ports.
not scope or display shows any number. I can't get any number other than 0.
Really important. please help out if have any information.
