I want to use deep learning toolbox for semantic segmentation, something like SegNet (a caffe based network), is it possible? please provide a link with an example on it.

In case you are still wondering how to use SegNet on MATLAB, Semantic Segmentation feature is released in R2017b Computer Vision System Toolbox.
