How to QPSK modulate a video signal in Simulink?

I intend to develop communication system in Simulink where I want to transmit video signal over the air. The traditional help is available for random data sources only. Can anybody please guide how to QPSK modulate a video signal? Any link to example simulating such scenario shall be highly appreciated. Regards, Mir
