I am working on my face recognition based student attendance system using face recognition(fisher faces). I need to validate my data using K-fold cross validaton.Can anybody tell me how can i implement K-fold in matlab??

I have 21 folders containing 12 poses for a single person (i.e 21 persons).I need to pick 1 image from these 21 folders in one fold for test data and remaing images for training data and so on for further folds.How can i implement this in matlab i am totally stuck in it..Can i use cell arrays for this purpose.I need urgent answer?? Regards.
