How can I read Analog input from pololu Wixel ?

Hi guys, I am trying to read analog input from the pololu wireless usb and read it on matlab channel by channel. does anyone have a good idea how to do it on maltab. I already config is a virtual com but can't figure out what is the protocol to read from a certain port/ pin. I tried fread command but not sure of the protocol. Thanks in advance
