How to make a spline with given endpoint derivatives (first and second)

I am trying to fit a spline on a set of points in 2D. For the endpoints of the spline I want to be able to choose the values of both the first and second derivatives. More specifically, I want to specify the first derivatives to have a certain value and the second derivatives to be 0. I have searched how to do this and the functionality of csape is close, but it does not allow to set both first and second derivatives. Is it possible to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I believe this FEX submission can help. It's for 1D spline fitting, but you can fit each 2D component as a 1D problem.
