You need to have installed onbarcode, which appears to be from http://www.onbarcode.com/tech/608/6/
You probably also need to change
str = sprintf('OnBarcode QR Code Scanner.exe %s', img)
to
str = sprintf('"OnBarcode QR Code Scanner.exe" %s', img)
cui,xingxing
cui,xingxing 2021-2-7
