when i am putting point using impoint function than by default blue color is coming. how to increase the size of this knot(point). and how to change the default color blue to red.

You'd have to make a copy of impoint.m. Call it impointBlue.m. Then edit that to make the color and size change and in your code call impointBlue() instead of impoint(). I don't recommend changing the official built-in version (though you could).
