So i'm trying to get rid of intact area
What image processing tool can I use?
Is histogarm equalization or laplacian of gaussian effective?

You forgot to attach your image or define "intact", so please read this link and eidt/fix your post. There are several ways to remove "connected components" (like propfilt, bwareafilt, bwareopen, bwselect, etc.) so I can't advise you until you give me something to work with. Attach your image(s) with the green and brown frame icon.
