how can extract the tumor from segment image ?

i used fuzzy c for segmentation and i have bw image and wanna to extract the tumor from image

This is a really large field of study. If anyone has an answer that works on all possible cases your question could encompass, they would be answering here, but booking their plane ticket to collect their Nobel prize.
So you should provide more details if you hope to get any answer you can do anything with.
