In MAtLab 2017a, when I want to open an app ( like Ground Truth Labeler) then it show " Undefined function or variable 'groundTruthLabeler'. " How can I solve this problem?

I am also facing a problem that in Apps their is no any option for " Automated Driving System Toolbox"!
But in Add-Ons both are show that they are installed.

Did you install and license the Automated Driving System Toolbox?
Note: Automated Driving System Toolbox is not available for Student licenses.

Hey,
I had the same issues, but as @Walter Roberson said the ADST toolbox is not available for student licenses and needs to be purchased as an additional license.
To check if you have it installed you could type "ver -support" to see if there is ADST Toolbox present and if yes what kind of license is assigned to it.
