Referencing setmcruserdata in C++

Previously, we were using the function 'mclSetMCRUserData' found in the header file 'mclmcrrt.h', which on my machine was found in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2015b\extern\include'
We recently upgraded our Matlab Runtime Compiler to use 2015b. In the 2012b release, 'mclSetMCRUserData' was removed, and 'setmcruserdata' was added - https://uk.mathworks.com/help/compiler/release-notes.html?rntext=&startrelease=R2010b&endrelease=R2012a&groupby=release&sortby=descending&searchHighlight=
The issue is that this method doesn't seem to exist in any header files. The article describing how to use the function doesn't provide much help - https://uk.mathworks.com/help/compiler_sdk/ml_code/setmcruserdata.html
Can anyone help me with a way to reference this method? Thanks!
