I need a function similar to gcb() that I can use within Simulink coder in the external mode. Does this exist?

More information... I'm using coder to generate C files for inclusion into a larger project. The C API generator provides the rtBlockSignals[] structure. How can I get the currently executing Matlab function block's index into this structure?
