You can use
[vx,vy] = voronoi(...) % returns the finite vertices of the Voronoi edges in vx and vy.
Then create a mask from the cells
mask = poly2mask(......
Do it one cell at a time. Then use find() to get the coordinates for that cell:
[rows, columns] = find(mask);
