how to compute and plot slope of a FFT curve which is ploted from time series?

Hi all. I want to fit fft curve to compute the slope of fft plot. the image is attached. my Ideal is to plot fit curve and compute the slope of spectrum in respect with power like the image. any help would be appreciated.
