How to edit scale of x y graph (absisca of plot)

my x plot data is in mm. but i want to change it into m.

so the x will appear still in the origin numbers but i want to put at the end, 10^0.001.

i mean i want simply put 10^0.01 at the end without changing the scale.

or to write 10^0.001 at the end of the x line/plot/data/abscis
