How to find out the accuracy, region of convergence, recognition rate of a classifier using Matlab code, not manually ?

I am working on a biometrics project. After doing feature extraction, the next step is to identify the person with the help of the classifier. But I don't know how to compute the accuracy and other terms related to efficiency of the project like recognition rate recognition time with the help of Matlab code. How to do that??? Can you give me any examples along with different parameters please??????
