MATLAB connection with Anritsu USB VNA

Hi everyone,
I am quite new with MATLAB. Normally I used it for plotting and computing. Nowadays I am trying to write a MATLAB code for controlling Anritsu VNA via USB connection. First thing is to establish connection with the device. Can someone help me with this?
