I've tried the code mentioned in the link below. But, the bounding box is not fully enclosing the hand and moreover the hand is not getting segmented well. Kindly help me in solving this problem

Try adjusting the values in this line:
[r,c,v] = find(Cb>=77 & Cb<=127 & Cr>=133 & Cr<=173);
