While simulating a new grid synchronizing scheme for a 3 phase PV system in Matlab Simulink, I am obtaining an Error in Port width or dimensions

I am incorporating a new grid synchronizing scheme for a 3 phase PV system in Matlab Simulink. After assembling all the components (Power System and Simulink), I am obtaining the following errors while compiling the model.
1. Error in port widths or dimensions. Output port 1 of swainsir/powergui/equivalentmodel1/sources/From3 is a one dimensional vector with 18 elements. (Block Error)
2. Error in port widths or dimensions. Invalid dimension has been specified for input port 3 of swainsir/powergui/equivalentmodel1/sources/mux. (Block Error)
I will be extremely grateful if anyone kindly provides me the possible solution so that I can simulate the system. I tried numerous times but always received the same sort of errors. Please find the attachment (Model file and Error Diagnostic page) for your reference. Thank you very much for your help.

Dear all, I would like to follow up with all of you regarding the previous question asked about the error that I am obtaining while performing a Matlab simulation.
