Why am I getting a timeout when using snapshot with gigecam?

Hi, when trying to connect and stream or get a snapshot from my GigE Vision compliant FLIR A65 camera, I am unable to preview the video or get any images from it. I am able to find the camera using the gigecamlist. I am also able to change its parameters, but I am unable to view the image. I know the camera is working as I can use FLIR's software to stream video from the camera.

I have installed the GigE Vision toolboxes and tried using imaqtool. I have installed the GenICam toolbox as well. I have installed the webcam add-ons to ensure the webcam can be streamed in Matlab (it can). I have changed the timeout to 500 seconds. I cannot seem to find any solution to this problem. Attached is a screengrab from my issue. Thank you for the help,

My firewall had blocked matlab from acquiring the image through ethernet. The firewall had not blocked FLIR Tools which is why I was able to acquire images in that application
