how to run GUI continues when i am running 11 .m files from the GUI

hi, I have 11 .m files from which i have 11 push buttons. and at every callback of push button i have repective .m file . Once i push the push button that rescpective .m file will run and it will close the gui.to run the other .m file again i need to open the GUI and run.
How do i run the other .m file without opening the GUI. Kindly help me on the same .

hi sorry for delayed reponse..
The GUI window was closing beacause of clf command which was there in .m file.
I am facing other issue now please help for the same.
Prob:
Setup_File
subplot(1,1,1); plot(dummy.signals.values,dummy_1.signals.values);
axis([0 12000 -2 25]);
Title({'Normal';' d VS e'});
xlabel({'d'});
ylabel({'e'});
grid('ON');
saveas(gcf,'001_Plot1.jpg');
This .m file runs a set up file and saves the plot in the folder.
Now to close the figure we were using clf.
so now i am facing , how to close the particular figure '001_Plot1.jpg' without closing GUI.
kindly help me

Thanks now it is working ..
other issue i am facing .
I am running a .m file from the GUI .. the .m file has many variables which will be saved in workspace when i run without GUI and these variables will be used by other .m files. when i drag and drop the .m file all the variables i can see in workspace but i run the same .m file via GUI i am not able to see anything in workspace. please help me on the same matter
